The folks behind this year's A3C Hip-Hop Festival are looking to take things to the next level. Today, they announced that the likes of Murs, Elzhi, Jon Connor, SL Jones, Moe Green, and many other indie rap heavyweights will perform at the three-day event, which kicks off Oct. 6 and is in its seventh year. On top of that, the A3C curators are putting out the festival's first album, A3C Volume 1, that will feature new music from a slew of artists participating in the event. And to prove that they're not messing around, they have released Freeway's gruff, celebratory "For the Paper" as the first leak. The Philly rapper is one of the festival's headliners and displays why he received top billing on this aggressive new track, which includes references to Jay Electronica*, Wu-Tang, and his weaponry.
