Freebass: "Bury Me Standing"
Because Freebass imploded before their album even came out, I don't think any of their singles really hit MP3 blogs or any other news outlet. It's understandable. Who cares anymore? But Spinner has let loose a free stream of "Bury Me Standing," a track from It's a Beautiful Life, the group's September debut. It sort of sounds like New Order with less guitar, but it's not going to have anyone clamoring for Mani, that dude from the Smiths and Peter Hook to reunite. This song's only four minutes, but it feels about four times longer. [Spinner]
