While we all wait to hear Freddie Gibbs' much anticipated Str8 Killa No Filla mixtape, he's released what might be one of the project's best leaks and, perhaps, tracks in general. For "Rock Bottom," the Gary, Ind.-native links up with Bun B for a fantastic cut with a heavy throwback vibe thanks to K-Salaam & Beatnick's smooth beat. Gibbs also one-ups his veteran guest on the third verse, on which the youngster spits with an impressive double-time flow. With tracks like this, "C.H.L." and "The Ghetto" on it, I have a hard time not predicting that Str8 Killa No Filla will be one of this year's best, if not the best, mixtapes.

Christ what an amateurish website...it's like prefixmag will hire any "writer" who is semi-literate...i'm going to go read Pitchfork and the AV Club where the contributors are actually fluid and readable.
prefixmag.com = full of amateurs
^^^we have some of the same writers.
Ha, I'm not sure how that isn't fluid or readable. But thanks for the comment!
Not to point out the obvious irony here, but contributors can't be fluid (and if they could be, what a mess, right?), nor can they be readable, unless you mean, like, in poker or something.
Those ellipses are used perfectly, though.
