Will a movie about dance work in 3D? Hollywood executives probably don’t care as long as it rakes in the cash, so as anything and everything gets transformed into 3-D, we now have the forthcoming Step Up 3-D to look forward to, as promoted by Flo Rida on Jay Leno’s show last night (July 14).
The rapper recruited cheesy house music overlord David Guetta to handle production duties on “Club Can’t Handle Me,” turning it into a sugary pop-rap track that is undeniably catchy. The Step Up 3-D soundtrack is released on July 27, with the movie following on August 6.
