Flight of the Conchords: "Too Many Dicks" and "Carol Brown" (Video)

Have you all been watching this season of Flight of the Conchords? I hear it's not as great as last season because Bret and Jemaine have been writing songs to fit the plot, not the other way around (I can't state my opinion because I don't have HBO).

Sunday's episode is supposedly this season's best, principally because Michel Gondry, director of many music videos and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, directed this week's episode, putting his whimsical touch on two musical segments (one for "Carol Brown" and the other for "Too Many Dicks").

Both songs are pretty great, but the anti-ode to sausage-fests, "Too Many Dicks," (above) is pretty classic--I can't believe it took this long for the Conchords to do a Auto-Tuner (and club music) send-up, and to invite Dave (Arj Barker) to rap on a song.

"Carol Brown" (below) is stickly sweet ode to all the women who broke up with Jemaine ("Carol Brown took a bus out of town," "Fran, who turned out to be man") and features a chorus made up of Jemaine's ex-girlfriends. [Idolator]
