Fleet Foxes' front man Robin Pecknold has been giving his bandmates a few extra minutes off recently on tour, starting off the first encore with a solo version of "Silver Dagger." The traditional song was brought to popular attention by Joan Baez's 1960 recording, and Dolly Parton did an awesome version for The Grass Is Blue. With all the talk about being a tender maiden and such, this shows that Pecknold will go will where the song takes him, which is pretty awesome.
