One of the more endearing facets of Fleet Foxes is how they still seem like major indie rock fan-dorks as much as a popular indie rock band. Case in point: Here's Foxes frontman Robin Pecknold covering Joanna Newsom's "On a Good Day" (from her Have One on Me) in a practice space. Naturally, there's a shitload of reverb on this, which almost seems like saying there'd be snow in Alaska in December. But still, it's a nice, mellow video.
Pecknold is set to tour, solo-like, with Newsom this summer. Go here for dates. [P4K]
