Feral Children: Jaundice Giraffe (MP3)

What if Animal Collective mated with TV on the Radio and left the baby in Seattle where it was raised by wolves? The result would probably sound something like Feral Children’s “Jaundice Giraffe,” an arresting song that bellows from a wolve-like chant into squalls of distortion and screaming of lines like “They love your yellow skin.”
The track is off the band’s debut album, Second to the Last Frontier, out now on Sarathan. [Pitchfork]
