Felt: "Glory Burning" (Video)

It's always an enjoyable viewing experience when storytelling hip-hop tracks get the literal video treatment. The latest to follow that trend is for Felt's "Glory Burning," which appears on the duo's very good Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez. Backed by a warbling, almost Neptunes-esque beat from Aesop Rock, Murs and Slug weave a tale of a young man whose life has gone off track. Sounds typical, sure, but it's just depicted so well in the above video that it's difficult to find any fault in this one. The best part, though, is that Rhymesayers is still promoting this solid album.
