We previously heard from U.K. producer/Brainfeeder artist Lapalux when he decided to tackle one of his roster mate’s tunes in Thundercat’s “For Love I Come.” The resulting track was a woozy beast and a sign that Lapalux certainly has something special to offer the music world. While we have to wait until early 2012 to hear his first Brainfeeder release, he’s still on the remix tip. His most recent venture is “Fear of Drowning” by Brighton-based outfit Mirrors. Lapalux has turned it into a highly addictive, quivering jam that’s got a codeine-mixed-with-molasses-thick low end. Stream it below.
