The same week he put out the video for the surprisingly solid track, Fat Joe trotted out a live take of "Slow Down (Ha Ha)" on Mo'Nique yesterday, performing, unfortunately, sans Young Jeezy. The only thing more annoying than the scratches that block out the curse words is the fact that Joe's hypeman basically raps the entire time right behind Joe. Maybe Joe doesn't have the stamina to do it on his own? I mean, his physical condition is right in his name. It's not like he's Physically Fit Joe or In The Best Shape Of My Life Joe.
Joe's Darkside is due out on June 29.
