“Exodus 23:1” (Video)

Now that the Pusha T/Lil Wayne beef has some visuals it can finally be considered really real. If you’re late to the game, here’s a quick rundown of the saga:

    • In October of last year Push deaded a thought-to-be-bubbling beef with Drake after releasing “Don’t Fuck Wit Me,” a song that tossed anonymous shots over Drizzy’s “Dreams Money Can Buy” beat
    • Last week Pusha dropped “Exodus 23:1,” a new song that took a bunch of relatively obvious shots at YMCMB, the crew that’s home to Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj and others. His disses didn’t call out names, though we did learn Push prefers his steak well-done
    • Wayne heard the track and tweeted, “Fuk pusha t and anybody that love em.”
    • Weezy then dropped “Ghoulish,” a brief response to “Exodus” that called Push out by name. Drake defended Wayne at a show in Washington, D.C.
    • No Malice (pka Malice, one half of Clipse and Pusha T’s brother) tweeted, “Well I LOVE Pusha! That’s my blood and I ain’t never kiss em,” referring to this picture. Kid Cudi also tweeted his support for his GOOD Music fam

Now we’ve got the video for “Exodus,” Pusha’s collaboration with The-Dream. Its content is slightly harder than, say, some of Push’s other work. After all this I kind of forgot he and Wayne are ‘beefing.’ You can enjoy the drama below. [NR]
