Great song - absolutely awesome like what they used to do. The message of the song is that Jesus was against all violence and discrimination. |

ridiculous that they wrote a song that would disrespect the separation of church and state. now i will admit that it is a very catchy song and sounds like everclear would do something like that, but come on, from this song i gather that art is an angry democrat that just wants to piss off as many people as possible. good song, bad message. |

lol @ Chris ^ Isn't the whole basis of America the freedom to like any song you want? Thinking that every American should boycott a song just because you don't agree with the message is Un-American, and just another form of oppression and dictatorship. You sir, have more in common with the terrorists attacking our nation than the forefathers that formed it. Congratulations. |
I can say with confidence, that despite the caliber of Everclear's contemporary work, "Father of Mine" is an awesome song.
