Sadly this Golden Filter remix of Empire of the Sun's "We Are the People," is, according to the Golden Filter's Twitter, to be the last from the New York disco outfit for some time. On the bright side, this is apparently because the group is focusing on their own work. Hopefully, this skating rink-anthem rework of "We Are the People," along with the seemingly constant stream of remixes that The Golden Filter seems to have been releasing over the past few months, will be enough to hold listeners over until they release some new material.
