Eels are releasing Tomorrow Morning, the third album in a trilogy started with Hombre Lobo, next month, and it's easy to tell what ties the album together: Songs about chicks that are awesome, and presumably, not interested in E. Here's the video for "Spectacular Girl" is the new single from Tomorrow, and it's about a spectacular girl, and it kind sounds like the 1970s. The video is considerably more spectacular, since it features a model type working as an assassin in between shifts as a secretary. It's like Mr & Mrs. Smith with better acting.
Tomorrow Morning is due out on Aug. 24.
