Before he kicks off a solo tour next month, Eddie Vedder wants to remind you that he has a new album, Ukulele Songs, due out at the end of May. And he's doing that here with the tropical visuals for "Longing to Belong," a sweet romantic jam from the Pearl Jam frontman. Like the track itself, the video focuses mostly on Vedder and his ukulele, an instrument he's grown to adore over the years. But there is also plenty of footage from the islands, where it looks like he's been spending most of his time. After growing up listening to Pearl Jam, I always thought dude could use a vacation. I'm glad to see he took my advice.
Ukulele Songs and the Water on the Road DVD are due out May 31.
