"Super Animal Brothers III"

It's easy to get tired of super-precious bands that are a little bit too in touch with their inner-children, but that fatigue isn't an excuse for sleeping on good tracks. Ear Pwr's "Super Animal Brothers III" is full of nonsense about animal spirits and tigers and manatees. (By the way, if you're the one who's going to be the mantee, you are getting the short end of that deal. All they do is eat plankton and get killed by boats.) But the song's giddy feel and schizoid electronics are adorable, despite the fact that they're obviously designed to be.
