It’s unusual to see the members of Dum Dum Girls in a casual setting, but this performance for KCRW catches them without their usual glammed-out attire. This version of “Bedroom Eyes” was recorded for a Morning Becomes Eclectic session, which you can hear in full over at this link. It still sounds like one of the best buzzsaw pop sounds of the year, with singer Dee Dee once again highlighting her superior songwriting chops and knack for great garage-y melodies.
