The lead single from Duffy's forthcoming sophomore album, Endlessly, serves not just as a promotional tool. Apparently, it's also a response to her boyfriend's allegations...um, whatever those are. Honestly, I looked into it and got bored after a few seconds. What's not boring, though, is this track. "Well, Well, Well" is a fun little number propelled by the Roots, who you can hear all over this. The Philly crew adds a substantial punch to this soulful/danceable track that bursts once the chorus hits. Surrounded by horns and a tight rhythm section, Duffy proclaims that she's not guilty of whatever her boyfriend is saying she's done. She also offers one hell of a catchy hook.
