The concept of a holiday song is stretched pretty far in this one: the recently reunited Dresden Dolls cover Neutral Milk Hotel's iconic "Two-Headed Boy" in A.V. Club's Undercover series, mostly because they love the group and it has a line about Christmas trees. The cover isn't bad, I guess, but there's no way to try to match Jeff Mangum's originals. That's sort of how you can tell it's a classic; if you can't really imagine anyone doing a great cover of the original. Dresden Dolls make it up in enthusiasm (mostly). You can watch it at the A.V. Club.
