For whatever reason, Drake has chosen to scrap the video he shot for "Fancy" to make room for pushing "Show Me A Good Time" as his debut's next single. He made the promotional shove for the track on Friday night, when he appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman. Backed by a live band and DJ, Drake put on one of the better performances I've seen from him while tackling the Kanye West/No I.D.-produced Thank Me Later track. Although, that ridiculous sample throughout the hook is still grating and Drake clearly needs to hone his "singing" in a live setting. And he needs to learn not to snub late night shows like that, even if it was endearing to see him so excited after finishing up "Show Me A Good Time."
Thank Me Later is out now.
