“Don’t Leave Me (Ne Me Quitte Pas)”

Diehard Regina Spektor fans will no doubt recognize her new track, “Don’t Leave Me (Ne Me Quitte Pas),” as not being new at all. Well, the arrangement and approach is different, but the song actually stems from her 2002 release, Songs. She’s given it quite the sprightly, summery upgrade here, which should appease anyone hoping for something more bubbly than previous ballad-esque single “All the Rowboats.” Like that track, “Don’t Leave Me” will be found on Spektor’s upcoming album, What I Saw From the Cheap Seats, due out May 29.
