The only downside to this great collection of metal-centric footage accompanying DJ Shadow's "I Gotta Rokk" is that the audio doesn't translate quite as well. The bass is especially muffled here, though I guess that doesn't really matter when you're supposed to be focused on the panning guitar riffs and vocal samples. At least, that's the whole point of this hilarious montage, which features clips from Back to the Future and Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It."
The track itself is off the recently released I Gotta Rokk EP, which serves as the precursor to Shadow's next full-length, The Less You Know The Better. The album is tentatively scheduled to drop in early September.
