Dirty Projectors: "Stillness Is the Move" (Stream)

This surfaced late yesterday before disappearing, but a new YouTube stream popped up: An intrepid YouTuber has made an audio stream of the new Dirty Projectors single, "Stillness Is the Move." The stellar track is sung by vocalist Amber Coffman (her one lead moment on the band's upcoming new album, Bitte Orca ), and it finds the Projectors taking on heavy R&B tones, forming perhaps the first track by the New York outfit that seems like it could actually be played on regular radio.

"Stillness Is the Move" 12-inch is due out on April 12 via Domino, and Bitte Orca is due out on June 9, also via Domino. [ Stereogum ]
