Diddy: "I'm Coming Home" f. Dirty Money
"I'm Coming Home," the new single from Diddy's Last Train to Paris LP, premiered during the World Series last night, and that's perfect I guess, since both are relentlessly hyped by the participants but in practice are often disappointing and boring. This is probably going to be a big song in sporting events, since it's perfect for those preview videos on FOX that are about teams going back to their home stadium for a playoff series. And it's probably going to be everywhere. It's like this year's "Empire State of Mind:" A treacly song by a long-in-the-tooth rapper that somehow displays pop chops he hasn't shown in years.
