One of the definite downsides of reading about music all day is that it's definitely possible to get tired of a musical aesthetic before it ever becomes "a thing." So even though you might be a little burned out on the recent wave lo-fi, beach-influenced, reverb-flooded rock, there's something about the woozy tenor in Desolation Wilderness' "Boardwalk Theme" that could maybe take a little of the tarnish out of your jaded ears. [The Fader]
