Desire: "Don't Call" (Video)
The profile of Italians Do It Better has been on an inexorable rise since plenty of music from the label featured on the Drive soundtrack in 2011. Johnny Jewel’s Symmetry project already received much well-deserved acclaim earlier this year, and now his work with Desire is getting a boost via a promo clip for the track “Don’t Call.” This was directed by Alberto Rossini, who appears to be the in-house videographer for Italians Do It Better. It’s a typically grainy clip—in marked contrast to the steely future-pop feel of the song—shot on location in Miami during a blustery October hurricane watch. Check it out in the clip below.
