Del the Funky Homosapien is one of those rappers that sounds entertaining regardless of what he's spitting. Del's got a new album, titled Funk Man (The Stimulus Package) out now that he's distributing for free on his website, and it's easily the best thing released under the vague notion that releasing stuff for free or at discounts (like Dominos pizza) somehow makes life easier on us. The free album just got a new video for standout and opening track "Get It Right Now" that finds Del hanging out in his home studio and wandering around his neighborhood creating the track. I'm not sure who will want to put Del on time out or lights out, but he seems pretty worried about it. [Pitchfork]
