The video for Deerhoof’s “Fresh Born” looks like it was shot for a public access show featuring abstract performance art (involving a stuffed gorilla) with a house band. The track is back to the more grating-sweet construct of the better tracks on Runners Four and Friend Opportunity, and it’s the third track to surface from Offend Maggie due out on October 7 via Kill Rock Stars.
