Death Cab for Cutie: "Home Is A Fire"
Last night, Death Cab for Cutie pulled off their whole "live music video" thing. Today, hoping to continue their streak, they follow it up with "Home Is A Fire," the opening track from the long running indie band's upcoming album Codes And Keys. While "You Are A Tourist" was a bit straightforward, "Home Is A Fire" comes on like a more organic version of Ben Gibbard's work with the Postal Service, skittering electronic beats and sound effects draped with all sorts of guitars and keyboards. If it was beauty they were aiming for, they definitely succeeded. Give it a listen below.
