Dawn Golden and Rosy Cross: "Blacks" (Dntel Remix)

Although the recording guise might leave you thinking otherwise, Dawn Golden and Rosy Cross is actually the work of one person. His real name is Dexter Tortoriello and he's a 24-year-old dude based out of Chicago who just dropped a six-track remix EP on Mad Decent. Blow Remixed is meant to serve as a precursor to his proper debut on the label, which is due out sometime this year. Until then, you can get a sampling of his work as interpreted by Dntel, who took on the track "Blacks" and turned it into a more uptempo wobbler. You can listen to the remix and the original below.
