The permanently red-clad members of Norwegian techno-pop band Datarock have named their new album (you guessed it) Red. Their reputation has partly been based on some frantic live appearances, and they entertained an enormous crowd on Jimmy Kimmel’s show last night (Aug. 2).

“True Stories” is a fidgety track, driven by banks of synths and chant-along vocals. It’s difficult to make out the lyrics on this performance, but the words are apparently all taken from Talking Heads song titles. Red is out now on the Young Aspiring Professionals label.
