Danny!: "Theme Music To A Killing Spree" F. Danny Brown

After Danny!'s proposed debut on Definitive Jux, Where Is Danny?, leaked in its rough form in late 2009, the outspoken rapper-producer embraced the fact it was out there and said the final version will still come out. But then, Def Jux went on hiatus in February 2010, causing Danny! to just release the album himself, which he did a few months later. It turns out that he and the album's co-producer, Alex Goose, had a falling out and iTunes was forced to pull it down.

Now, more than a year later, Where Is Danny? is back thanks to Danny!'s relatively recent signing with Interscope. And for those of you who heard the album in '09 or last year and are worried about copping it again -- don't. He went back and revamped a majority of the production, added several new songs, and dropped some Easter eggs throughout. An example of that can be heard on "Theme Music to a Killing Spree," a track that has lost a bit of the intensity but retained the same ridiculous lyrics. While Danny! sounds strong on here, it's his guest, the always-on Danny Brown, who steals the show with lines like, "The kush got purple hair like a hoodrat."

You can download the track here by right clicking and saving as. Where Is Danny? 2.0 is out now.
