As part of a special project with web radio non-profit Dublab, Stones Throw commissioned two artists to remix one another for a limited split 7" single. They are James Pants and Daedelus, a fitting pairing considering their shared affinity for beat-based, synthesizer-laden tunes. There is, of course, much more to their music than that, but it's obvious that they tread the same sonic landscapes. You can check out James Pants' gorgeous remix of Daedelus' "An Armada Approaches," which actually carries the lengthy parenthetical subtitle of "Cruise from Here to the Afterlife Remix, Conducted by the James Pants Sea Faring Orchestra."
