Stop-motion videos seem to be an integral part of any new indie band's oeuvre, and New Zealand's pop-punkers Cut Off Your Hands are right on track--here's a stop-motion/introspective performance video for the band's new single "Turn Cold" (from their released yesterday album, You & I) that mixes shots of origami and spinal columns (?) with the band sitting around playing the song on sparse instrumentation. Not exactly the most original stuff, but it fits the bouncy vibe of the song rather well, and it was obviously shot for about $45, so give them props for that. [Pitchfork]
