There's no doubt that Curren$y is at his best when he is smoked out with his feet up and rhyming carefree bars over super-smooth production. At least, that's been the case for his past three records -- the two Pilot Talk albums and Weekend at Burnie's -- with all of them carrying a pretty similar vibe. And while that type of auto-pilot (no pun) approach would annoy almost anyone, we have all kind of embraced his relaxed attitude and appreciation for jazzy beats. Sure, we will all be hoping for more from whatever album he releases next. But for now, we'll take super-chill joints like "This is the Life" and love them, particularly if he continues to rock a Patrick Ewing jersey like in the above video. Lames catch feelings, indeed.
