Before offering a preview of Muscle Car Chronicles track "Soundbombin'," McKenzie Eddy provides some background on her forthcoming album/film with Curren$y. Apparently it all came together pretty quickly as they were like, "Fuck it, let's shoot a movie for it," drove up to Woodstock, and filmed the damn thing. I can't imagine exactly what the movie will be like, though I expect some documentary-style footage of the recording process akin to what's depicted in the above video. And if "Soundbombin'," which features former Mars Volta drummer Thomas Pridgen, is any indication, this might be the most fired-up Curren$y we have heard yet.
Muscle Car Chronicles is due out March 15.
