Although it was just Sunday that I posted a new track, "Michael Knight," from Curren$y's forthcoming Pilot Talk 2, he's apparently not ready to stop pushing the first album in the series. Here we have the visuals for Pilot Talk instant standout "Audio Dope II," a track that perfectly displays why Spitta deserves to be a bigger name. Just the production from Ski Beatz alone, what with that thudding bass and slick steel drum loop, is reason enough to listen. But it's Curren$y who steals the show, strutting over the huge production with lines such as "kick the shit out a beat until it die, call CSI." Then add in the fact that director Jonah Schwartz has provided a clever take on the track and you should have a winner on your hands. I still don't understand why Pilot Talk didn't sell better.
Creative Control has been dropping the sickest videos lately. They bring the fun back to hip-hop...I dig this new aesthetic.
