Unlike the recentCurren$yleaks, "3 Wishes" does not stem from his forthcoming Warner Bros. debut, Weekend At Burnie's. And that becomes pretty damn obvious once you actually listen to the track, which features Spitta shouting out former affiliate/boss Lil Wayne and, unless I'm wrong, Mack Maine. Not to mention the fact we haven't really heard Curren$y rap about skating in a minute. Also, the beat is far more, well, energetic than the laid-back jazz-driven production he has gravitated toward these past few years. Even with all those differences, which are notable considering his recent consistency, "3 Wishes" is a solid example of the fact that Curren$y doesn't just rap about weed, cars, and money. Or, in this case, all those things and skateboarding.
