It’s a little late, considering this single was released in December, but Crystal Castles and Cure singer Robert Smith have got it together to release a video for their cover of Platinum Blonde’s “Not In Love.” The two bands are touring in Australia as part of the Big Day Out festival from Jan. 21-Feb 6, which will prompt speculation that they will perform this song live together, which would certainly be an appetizing proposition considering how well their talents gel here. The video isn’t much to speak of—someone needs to tell tell these two that chillwave-esque gauzy visuals were a 2010 phenomenon—especially as Mr. Smith doesn’t feature at all.
