You could argue, if you want, that no band was hurt more by the shuttering of Touch & Go than Crystal Antlers. They were the last band signed to Touch & Go, and had their debut, Tentacles, come out as the last new LP on the label. And then the label closes, and their out on the street on small indies, trying to rebuild the hype they lost in 2009. In the clip for their new single, "Summer Solstice," they go a long way to doing that: It's a sunny song, and it's a video that cuts footage of the ocean with people boning. Ain't no harm in that.
