After the decline of actually seeing videos on MTV and VH1, I guess I figured that artists would just toss out garbage, low-quality videos, if anything. I was, of course, wrong in that assumption as indie artists especially have proven they love taking their tracks to another level with accompanying visuals.
Copywrite, who's promoting his Life And Times Of Peter Nelson album here, is no different. His video for "Mega Mega," a grimy banger if there ever was one with guests MHz, features some fantastic direction from Seanie G. Along with some slick visuals, he has throw the lyrics on the screen to ensure you understand the lyrical fire going on within "Mega Mega." There's also plenty of love shown to the late Camu Tao, who was a member of Copywrite's MHz crew with Tage, RJD2, and Jakki.
Life And Times Of Peter Nelson is out now.
Have this on repeat.
