In the longstanding tradition of fake band public relations videos, Matador Records has put together a little tribute to New London, Connecticut’s garage-rock treasure, Condo Fucks.

Straight Outta Conneticut gives a glimpse into the “CT aesthetic,” as told by the people whom it affected most. “I would’ve given anything to’ve been born just a few years earlier,” one kid says, as he cradles his electric guitar.

Their heyday may have passed, but the Condo Fucks have a new album coming out on March 24th. It’s called Fuckbook and conspicuously features all three members of Yo La Tengo.
