It's sort of remarkable that Coldplay haven't released a Christmas song till now. Their corny, everyman anthem rock is perfectly suited for songs about Christmas, and all told, their new single, "Christmas Lights" is the best song they've done in about five years (or whenever "Clocks" came out). This video is pretty beautiful, too. Maybe I'm a Coldplay fan now? Maybe I'll get into their albums now, and be like, "Coldplay are the greatest band since Radiohead!"
