Cocaine 80s, Common: "Six Ft. Over"
You might remember that frequent collaborators Common and No I.D. joined forces again this past summer to release an EP under the name Cocaine 80s. The project also showcased the talents of a slew of singers and songwriters, including Steve Wyreman, Rob Kinelski, Kevin Randolph, and James Fauntleroy.
And it appears that it wasn't a one-off project like most of us might have assumed. Cocaine 80s has released another free EP, Ghost Lady, which you can download for free here. To get a sampling of the release, we've chosen to share standout track "Six Ft. Over." It's a moody, reflective joint with Common on the verses and some smooth vocals on the hook, a combination that makes for some great fall listening. Listen to it below. [Rap Radar]
