Cloudland Canyon: "Mothlight Pt. 2"
Cloudland Canyons, the duo of Simon Wojan and Kip Uhlhorn, put out "Mothlight Pt. 1" two years ago on their album Lie in Light. Part two now makes its way to us in advance of the pair's upcoming new record Fin Eaves. Part two is far more ambitious than the rather straightforward guitar drone of its predecessor, laying down enough shimmering reverb and ascending atmospherics to make the Clientele jealous, adding in some smoky, edged guitars to complete the picture.
