Cloud Nothings: "Stay Useless"

When a song works its way into your brain and stays there on a Friday afternoon -- you know, when you're so mentally checked out that it hurts -- you know you're listening to something special. And that's absolutely the case with Cloud Nothings' latest single off their upcoming sophomore album, Attack on Memory.

"Stay Useless" is almost so catchy and endearing that it's hard to describe. It essentially encapsulates everything you would want from a rough, guitar-led indie-pop tune and then some. I might just be fading and getting a little delirious, but that hasn't stopped me from playing "Stay Useless" nearly a dozen times in a row. You can stream it below. Attack on Memory drops Jan. 24.
