The website for ELLE magazine might seem like a weird place to premiere a music video these days, but you'll understand why Class Actress' Elizabeth Harper debuted "Bienvenue" there once you watch the clip for yourself. It's a fashion-heavy romp through Paris that various ideas and emotions, many of which revolve around the video's narrative. It depicts Harper as a fashionista in the City of Light, where she falls for a handsome, sharply dressed young man. You can watch the video, which is cute but not overly so, below.
