I wonder if this was awkward to record, considering Lil Wayne's fawning, slobbering Ciara tribute on Da Drought 3 Mixtape. Still hung up on the microphone stand dance she does in the "Promise" video, Weezy finally gets the chance to formally make his case to Ciara on "Roll Call," where the singer lists off her man critera (manteria?). So, if you are covered in tattoos, smoke Optimos (probably not with tobacco in them, right?) and wear your "Forces" fresh out the box, you might want to hit Ciara up.
