Obviously, Ciara has long been more entertaining in a visual sense than in a musical sense, and this video for "Ride" is no different. She engages in some pretty serious writhing, but she also engages in some pretty serious airy vocals without any weight. This sort of sounds like a Dream song performed by a woman, which it basically is, since Dream and Tricky Stewart are executive producing Ciara's new album. The riding the mechanical bull at the end is pretty obvious, but not as obvious as Luda's verse.

I mean, Ciara has a good body and everything, but am I the only one who thinks this whole non-garish jewelry, fancy weave, and $6000 bathing suit under a fur coat thing is just not really her bag? She strikes me as more of a baseball caps and jeans girl, all the way.
